Harish p .sir is really supporting to the customer , excellent customer support after sales . continuousely he followed up me in my chat he also reached out many times to resolve my issue as soon as possible finally he given a solution to my battery and other brand charger also well he explained to me regarding the issue . I brought the battery from a other dealer, than also he resolved my issue. Excellent customer customer support no compromise in the quality also i have visited to company thy are very polite towards customer no waiting zero risk free. Note After sales no one give good service as what i have experience in my life .

Very good product. I bought 29.9V 15.5Ah li-ion battery pack for ebike application. I've done 1500KM and charged it over 20-25 times. The battery is really good. packaging was on point and the charger was good too. Will order more again.
